45-minute fun-based Bootcamp session. Designed to be used at home, in class or with groups of people. The key with remote sessions is making them fun, and using game-based fitness games.

Each session will focus on making fitness fun. You will need ten six-sided dice if possible for today’s session. No equipment or weights will be required. If you don’t have dice that is fine as well, you will still be able to complete the fun session.
