45-minute fun-based Bootcamp session. Designed to be used at home, in class or with groups of people. The key with remote sessions is making them fun, and using game-based fitness games.

Each session will focus on making fitness fun. No equipment or weights will be required. Today’s session is a solid five-round circuit, that is designed to suit all fitness abilities. As always we will start with a fun game to set the energy for everyone.
