Instructions
A. Jog on the spot – When you hear ‘I get knocked down’ perform a burpee for the advanced option, and a squat thruster for the intermediate option.
B. The first chorus hold a plank.
C. Second chorus – ‘Danny boy’ start performing a squat hold.
D. Then when it changes back into the main verse, you start jogging on the spot again and complete the burpees or squat thrusters to the music. You will love this workout, it’s a lot of fun and the music is great to workout to.
